What happens if the workflow templates haven't synced to the mobile?

If the workflow templates haven’t synced to the device by the time the engineer has accepted the diary event, they will receive the following warning message:

This will give the engineer the chance to restart their app whilst using a good, stable connection to allow the workflow templates to sync to their device.

 

If the workflow templates haven’t synced to the device by the time the engineer has marked the diary event as ‘Arrive’, they will receive the following message asking them if they would like to use their default questions (job arrive on site and job leave on site) or wait for the workflow templates to sync to their device.

If the engineer chooses “No”, they will return to the diary event with the status unchanged. If the engineer chooses “Yes”, the diary event will be marked as ‘arrived’ and they will answer the job arrive on site questions.

 

This will also happen when selecting to complete the job report if the job report workflow templates have not synced to the device.
