This setting was previously called: Card payment authorisation message.
Purpose: This page allows you to set up a template that will be sent to your customers if a payment has failed. You can use tagging throughout this template. This message will be sent automatically upon payment failure to authenticate due to SCA (strong customer authentication).
- Go to profile button > settings > use search functionality or navigate via the left-handed 'Categories' area > Card payment SCA challenge email template.
- From here, you can go to either ‘Email’ or ‘SMS’ and add your message as needed. You can use tagging throughout, in both the body and the subject of the communication method you’re working in. Once you’re done, hit ‘Save’.
