Work address estimate access template

Purpose: These modules allow for email, SMS, and letter communication to your clients. Using tagging allows for the expansion of information and allows for better creation of documentation. When adding the estimate/job into the system for a work address it will show a drop-down for 'access method' you will need to select 'communicate with work address' and this will trigger out

Tagging is available for use as well, and we highly recommend using tagging throughout the modules to create communications that will help your customers and you in reduction of overhead and wasted time spent communicating back and forth.  To understand how tags work, and which tags do which, please refer to this article: https://kb.commusoft.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/4406171191185

Text Formatting: This module allows you to format your text, including sizing of fonts, types of fonts, indentations, alignments, bullets, and numbering.

  3. No Answer Messages: This tab allows you to set a message sent to the customer of a work address (a landlord, real estate agent, etc) when you have not received an answer from the work address. Messages will be sent in batches every few hours to minimize customers receiving large amounts of emails. If you add a diary event, the message will not be sent.

  4. You are able to set the time to send as any timeframe between 1 - 21 days. Only email and SMS are available in this tab.

Advanced options:  You are able to create a follow-up message, a single or group of messages to be sent to the work address if they have yet to book an estimate after receiving your first message. When a diary event is added, follow-up messages will not send out. You may set the follow-up day as any timeframe between 1 and 31 days. You may create up to 31 follow-ups in this setting.
