Vendor parts undelivered notification

Purpose: Vendor parts undelivered notifications allow the system to inform you when parts marked by the system to be delivered have not been. You may set a time for the system to notify you before between 1-10 days and set a specific time for your email to be sent to you

Please note:

  • If you do not see 'Vendor parts undelivered notification' in the 'Parts management' settings area, and you believe the 'Stock' module has been turned on, please reach out to support

    1. Go to System settings > Vendor parts undelivered notification. From here, you can select both the notification time between any 24-hour range and choose a notification day up to 10 days
