Once you upgrade to the Customer journey plan, you will benefit from the following features:
- These settings allow you to register the various shift schedules and patterns your engineers work off. You can also establish the skills that your engineers have that may be required for the jobs they carry out, anything from Plumbing and Heating, to tree surgery, can be entered and applied to your engineers.
- This makes it much easier to add invoices to your suppliers' profile pages. It can be really useful to be able to quickly locate and manage the invoices related to each supplier, this makes that super simple.
- This setting combines shifts, skills and starting locations for your engineers to give you recommendations for which engineers and which times would be most convenient. This allows you to create the most efficient appointments without having to check each engineers profile individually.
- Stock control is also available with the automation plan. This allows you to create and manage stock locations and stock to make your workflows even easier. Training for this is carried out separately.
