Reject reasons

This setting was previously called: Estimate rejection reasons.


Purpose:
Adding an estimate reason helps with the reduction of administrative work, by adding quickly to choose reasons for when an estimate is rejected by a customer.  Adding an estimate reason helps with the reduction of administrative work, by adding quickly choosing reasons for when an estimate is rejected by a customer.

  1. Go to the profile button > settings > use search functionality or navigate via the left-handed 'Categories' area > Reject reasons.

  2. Add a reason in the appropriate line, then click on the purple ‘Add Estimate Reject Reason’ button to add it.

Edit Estimate reject reasons

  1. To edit, click on edit. From here you will be able to alter the entry and re-save.

Delete Estimate reject reasons

To delete entries, click on delete. To delete in Commusoft you must type delete and tap confirm in the pop-up module. If you are unable to delete an entry, you will be given a reason why.xt box and the 'Add estimate reject reason' button.
