You can customise the free of charge reasons in the drop-down. This is useful if you want to extend the default list of reasons.
You can edit details on the mobile application. When you edit this information it will automatically change this information for all users (including web users).
Add a free of charge reason
Click the menu icon (3 horizontal lines) in the top left corner.
This will open the menu. Scroll down to 'System settings'.
Click 'System settings'. This will open the system settings page. Click 'Free of Charge Reasons'.
Click the plus icon in the top right corner.
Click in the fields and type in your new free of charge reason, from here click the tick in the top right corner in order to save it.
Edit a free of charge reason
Click the pencil (edit) icon in the top right corner. Type in your changes and click the tick in the top right corner to save.
Reordering free of charge reasons
You can reorder the list of free of charge reasons that appear in the drop-down list. This is particularly useful if you tend to work with the same free of charge reasons over and over again and you want those free of charge reasons at the top of the list.
Press and hold the 3 horizontal lines next to the free of charge reason you wish to move. Drag and drop this free of charge reason to the position you would like it to sit.
Once you let go of the free of charge reason it will save your changes.
Deleting a free of charge reason
You can delete a free of charge reason that you've added by accident or that is not needed any more.
Click on the free of charge reason you want to delete.
Click the pencil (edit) icon in the top right.
Then click the bin icon in the top right in order to delete this reason.
Click 'YES' to confirm you wish to delete this reason.
