BCC Emails


Purpose: BCC Is important in maintaining a record of what is coming in and out of the Commusoft system. Using your email as a tool for maintaining the ins and outs of Commusoft can be very important. This setting allows you to BCC your email address into your emails from Commusoft.

  1. Go to profile button > settings > use search functionality or navigate via the left-handed 'Categories' area > BCC Emails.

  2. Entering your email here, and hitting save, will enable BCC’ing.

  3. To add additional emails for BCC, use a comma (,) after the email address, and this should allow for multiple emails.
