The engineer portal url is not appearing in the travel sms

Please ensure the following is completed:

  1. Contact must be set to preference SMS
    Go to the property > contacts tab > click on the contact related to the job > then ensure that sms is ticked in communication preference 

  2. Tracker must be transmitting 

  3. Tag must be in template 
    You can check this by going into system settings > click on job mobile engineer sms > and ensure that the portal tag is added.

  4. The tag must have a space before it. If there is no space before the tag, it will not show
