Purpose: This setting concerns the way in which PPM jobs will be automatically set up within Commusoft. The jobs will be auto-created according to the specifications you choose. This section allows you to establish how many days before a job due that an event is actually created. On top of this, you can also choose which specific groups will be notified in this instance.
Please note:
- If you set this up and then go back and change it, it may interfere with the creating of your PPM jobs and lead to confusion. Please be careful when editing this setting
- Go to profile button > settings > use search functionality or navigate via the left handed 'Categories' area >PPM job auto-creation.
