Customise the job report PDF to focus on the most relevant information for your business requirements and customer, reducing clutter and enhancing clarity. Enable or disable information including SLA, job and appointment details.

There are four sections available:

Job information
SLA information
Diary and appointment information
Other

Each yes/no option must have a selection, ensure these are not blank before saving the screen.

You can disable events and engineer status times on the PDF by leaving these fields blank:

Which events do you want to display
Which engineer status time do you want to display

The job report can be emailed to the customer manually through the job or automatically when the job is complete.
