Invoice a job on an Android phone

You can invoice on site by adding an invoice on the mobile application

  1. You will need to complete a job first. Click here to see how to do this

  2. Once the signatures have been completed you will see a page where you have some options. Click Raise final invoice

  3. You will now see a page where you can add the details of the invoice. Click Next when you have filled in the information

    Select the invoice type to switch between partial and final invoice
    Type (or copy from job) the invoice description
    Add more details if you need to add any more information to the invoice
    The invoice date will default to today's date

  4. You will now be able to fill in the invoice with line items and prices.

    You can select the invoice breakdown:
    No breakdown: One line item with total price
    Breakdown by category: Split the invoice by labour and parts
    Full breakdown: Split the invoice into individual line items
    Full breakdown by category: Split the invoice into line items, grouped by category (labour/parts)

  5. If you select breakdown by category, full breakdown, or full breakdown by category please click the purple + button to add line items/categories

  6. Fill in the invoice as required and click Save
