When an import is complete you will receive a notification. These may take some time due to the amount of data you are importing.
Failed import notification
If the import fails, you will receive a notification similar to this:
- Make sure you read the notification information carefully.
- You will see a section labelled 'Attached files'. There is an excel document attached to this notification which will inform you of why this import failed.
- You will need to read this and complete the necessary actions and re-import the failed records.
Successful import notification
If the import is successful, you will receive a notification similar to this:
Read the information provided carefully. You do not need to take any other actions if the import was successful.
