You can create a recall job. A recall job is linked to the original job and contains a 'who is to blame' field. This is where you can select a member of staff to link this recall to. This is used for when you need to revisit a property after works have been done for example.
How to create a recall job
Click into the search bar and search for the customer/work address with the job you want to create a recall for. You will then see a list of customers/work addresses that are related to your search. Click on the name of the customer/work address to open their account.
(Or search for the job number, select it from the list and skip to step 3).
Within the ongoing work section click View next to the job you want to raise a recall for.
You can now see all of the details related to that job, including its overview, diary events and parts. Click 'Quick links' in the top right corner. Then click 'Create a recall'.
You will see a page where you can add the details of the recall job. Fill in the information as required and click 'Save'.
