Commusoft has partnered with an industry-leading mail management company to ensure quality, efficiency and reliability.
Behind the scenes, Commusoft print and post module is delivered to you by one of the UK’s leading document outsource processors. From their state of the art production facility, they use the latest printing and enclosing technology combined with envelope sorting equipment.
Is my mail secure?
Our partner has the highest levels of both physical and IT security which enables us to process your mailing with complete assurance.

What stationery do you use?
The price includes all of the paper as well as the envelope that's required. The paper will be A4 100gsm, and we use generic white envelopes.
Is it environmentally friendly?
The company behind our Print and Post feature, holds accreditation from both the FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) and PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification). These two globally recognised accreditations promote the responsible management of the world’s forests. They also has BSI ISO 14001:2004 for its environmental management system.
In addition to ensuring all our paper is from responsibly managed sources, our partner also promotes the Toptree scheme. This runs in conjunction with the Woodland Trust, and has planted over 60,000 trees in the UK to date. See www.toptree.com for more information.

There are no monthly fees for using print and post.
Important things to consider
Once you've clicked and confirmed to send something by print and post, there is no way to alter, amend or cancel the print and post. This means your document will be sent as is and you will be charged.
All print and posts are sent as second class mail via Royal Mail.
What is a surcharge?
Royal Mail applies a surcharge to us if the delivery address is not accurate. Here are some examples:

If your address is not accurate then you will incur an additional 15p surcharge to compensate.
How do I pay for print and post?
Commusoft works on a credit system whereby you select your maximum amount of credits. Once your credits fall to half of this amount (i.e you select 100 credits, and they fall below 50) the credits will be updated and you will be charged accordingly.
How long does it take my letters to be delivered?
Commusoft and its partners operate a next working day dispatch. The table below indicates when your letter should arrive based on the day that you place an order.

By switching on the Print and Post module you understand that you will incur additional charges as stated above which will be included on your next month's invoice. These charges are non-refundable. You also understand that if you ever choose to turn off the Print and Post module the module will be immediately switched off upon your request which needs to be made by email: support@commusoft.co.uk or by telephone: 0203 0266 266.
