I cant log into the mobile app, what do I do?

There are several reasons as to why you can't log in, here are the most common ones:

  1. Incorrect login information. Please check your details and enter them carefully. Passwords are case sensitive

  2. Please check you are set up correctly on Commusoft. You can do this by attempting to login on the web. If you can't please check your emails for an email from us with your login details and a password setup link

  3. You may not have an internet connection at the time of login, or your internet connection may be slow
