What do I do if I've lost my phone?

You will need to delete the API key related to that device. This will ensure that the phone can no longer access Commusoft.

  1. Click Company settings
  2. Click API keys
  3. Find the key related to you/the person who lost their phone
  4. Click Delete next to that API key

The application will no longer sync.

Download the application on a new phone, and login with your details
