Can I see a log of phone calls, emails, SMS sent to a customer


Open the customer account and click on the Notes and Communications tab.

This will show you a log of communications you have had with this customer, including:

  • notes - a list of information you have saved under this customer - for example where spare keys are kept, or whether to take payment upfront etc

  • print - a log of printed documents for this customer

  • emails - a list of emails sent to this customer

  • sms - a log of sms sent to this customer, i.e for service reminders

  • phone calls - a log of calls which you can add for this customer, this is useful for keeping up to date with customer services
