This can be done easily through Commusoft. First, find your customer and open their profile. From here, simply click on the 'Notes & communications' tab.
This will show you a log of communications you have had with this customer, including:
- Notes - a list of information you have saved under this customer - for example where spare keys are kept, or whether to take payment upfront etc.
- Print - a log of printed documents associated with this customer.
- Emails - a list of emails sent to this customer.
- SMS - a log of SMS messages that have been sent to this customer, for example, things such as service reminders.
- Phone calls - a log of calls which you can add for this customer, this is useful for keeping up to date with customer service.
