This page shows you the vendor details, purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, and returns:
At the top of the page, there is a section called 'Vendor details'. You can view the vendor details here (please note there are 2 pages of vendor details, you can navigate through them using the small circles in the bottom right of this section). You can edit these details using the button in the top right.
The next section is for purchase orders. This shows all the purchase orders you have listed for this vendor. You can view these purchase orders by clicking 'View' next to the PO you want to see. You can also add new purchase orders by clicking 'Add new purchase order' at the top right of this section.
The next section is for invoices. This shows all of the invoices for this vendor. You can view an invoice by clicking 'View' next to the invoice you want to see. You can create a new invoice by clicking 'Add new invoice' in the top right corner.
This shows all of the credit notes for this vendor. You can view a credit note by clicking 'View' next to it. You can add a credit note by clicking 'Add new credit note' in the top right corner. A credit note is created when the vendor owes you money, this can happen if they have overcharged you.
The following section is for returns. This shows all of the returns for this vendor. You can add a return by clicking 'Raise credit note' in the top right corner. A return is like a credit note, however, the return involves a return of goods or services, whereas a normal credit note is only money based.
