You will receive a notification when service reminders are sent out, or when you are required to make a phone call/print a letter. This can be set up to be automatic, or manual from within your system settings per service type.
- Click on the notifications icon in the top left corner. There will be a red bubble with the number of incomplete notifications you have.
- Click on the service reminder notification labelled 'Automatic Service Reminders'.
- You will then be shown a side window pop -up showing you how many service reminders were sent/need your attention.
- You can mark these notification complete individually or in a batch by clicking on the 'View notifications' button. This will take you to a full list of your available notifications. There will also be two buttons along the top of the table giving you the option to clear selected notifications or selected ones:
