The diary can have 3 different types of events. You can see the icons for these events below:
Normal.
Estimate.
Job.
You may see a small green dot in the top left corner of a diary event. This means the job has been completed, but not invoiced.
A small red dot in the top left corner of a diary event means the whole job has been aborted.
A small purple dot in the top left corner of a diary event means the job has been invoiced.
A small yellow dot in the top left corner of a diary event means the job has been marked as free of charge.
Below is a list of the icons that appear on diary events at different stages of estimate/job events:
Accepted - This means the engineer has said they will attend this event. Once this event is accepted, it can no longer be edited in the system.
Rejected - This means the engineer will not be attending this event for whatever reason. This may be because they are running late from another event for example.
Travel - This means the engineer is on their way to the property.
Aborted - This means the engineer cannot complete the event for whatever reason. This could be because the customer has changed their mind, or the estimate/job cannot be completed.
Arrived - This means the engineer is at the property.
No access - This means the engineer has arrived at the property, however, they cannot get into the property to complete the event for whatever reason.
Left - This means the engineer has left the property. The event is complete, however, more work may still need to be carried out at the site.
Cancelled - This means the event will no longer be taking place for whatever reason. This could be because a customer is not ready for the job, for example.
If you see an event on your iPhone or iPad with a red line on the left of it, as shown below. This is due to the word 'emergency' having been used in the job description.
