Adding a customer

Purpose: Record new customers to ensure all property details, customer personal information and job history is kept accurate. Add new customers as and when you need to.

Please note

  • Accurate zipcode required for use with scheduling engine (Customer journey+)
  • SMS communication preference will not show if SMS module is not active
  • Details can be edited at any time if the information hasn't been provided yet
  • SMS module is an optional paid feature

Add a customer

  1. Customers > Select required customer type from left side of page > Type property and customer details into relevant fields
  2. Select advertising source > Tick/untick communication preferences
  3. Price books > Begin typing name of required price book > Select from search results > Add customer
