Add a job description on an Android phone

You can customise the job descriptions in the drop down which appears when adding jobs for customers.  This is useful if you want to extend the default list of jobs i.e. if you start to offer different services such as boiler service.

You can edit details on the mobile application. When you edit this information it will automatically change this information for all users (including web users)

  1. Click the menu icon (3 horizontal lines) in the top left corner

  2. This will open the menu. Scroll down to System settings

  3. Click System settings. This will open the system settings page. Click Job descriptions

  4. Click the plus icon in the top right corner

  5. Click in the fields and type in your new job description, use the drop downs and check boxes to change information. Click the tick in the top right corner
