Anyone who views the diary will be able to see where an engineer is, when he/she should complete a task, and what tasks they have to do at what time.
You can easily edit event details within the diary. If you would like to read on how to do this for a job, click here.
- In order to edit an existing event, go to your diary using the navigation bar.
- Find the diary event you wish to edit and click to open it.
- This will open a side panel where you will see details of the event. Click 'Edit' in the top right corner.
- From the edit screen, you can change the date, time, engineer, and details of the event such as the description and notes. Make the changes as necessary and click 'Save' or 'Save and close'.
