Edit estimate no access message

You can add an estimate no access message, this is what Commusoft will automatically send to your customers when an engineer can't access the property to complete an estimate.

  1. Click on the settings icon in the top right corner and click System settings

  2. In the list of mobile settings click Estimate no access message

  3. You will see a page with 2 choices. Click Automatically send in order to set up this message. Navigate through the tabs on the left to send this message to the customer/work address and what type of message you want to send (email/sms) You will see a box where you can enter your message. Click Open tagging when you want to enter data such as estimate date, address etc. When you are happy with this message click close tagging and Save
