This setting was previously called: Estimate leave signature message.
Purpose: When your engineer leaves a job, you may want confirmation from the customer that it was completed in a timely manner. This setting allows you to set a message your customer can sign to confirm when leaving an estimate event.
- Go to the profile button > settings > use search functionality or navigate via the left-handed 'Categories' area > Estimate survey signature setting.
- You can choose no or yes, and if you choose yes, the signature message field will appear. Type your message, then hit ‘Save’.
