Estimate address reminder template

This setting was previously called: Estimate address reminder template.

Purpose:
This setting allows you to set up emails for manual or automatic sending to your work addresses before estimate events begin, this helps them know they should be on the property at a certain time.  Using tagging allows for the expansion of information and allows for better creation of documentation. Using the time tools on the module, you can set specific time frames it’ll send automatically. This helps with scheduling. Estimate reminders are reminders sent to a work address a set number of times (shown below)  before the engineer is set to arrive on the property. It is a great tool to ensure your customer is on the property site and ready for work when your engineers arrive.

Tagging is available for use as well, and we highly recommend using tagging throughout the modules to create communications that will help your customers and you in reduction of overhead and wasted time spent communicating back and forth.  To understand how tags work, and which tags do which, please refer to this article: https://kb.commusoft.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/4406171191185
