Edit customer estimate confirmation

You can send automatic estimate confirmation emails to your customers when an estimate has been booked. This means you don't need to type an email for each estimate booked.

  1. Click on the settings icon in the top right corner and click System settings

  2. In the list of estimates click Customer estimate confirmation

  3. Navigate through the tabs to change to email, sms, and letter. You will see a page with a subject line and/or a large box for your message content. Click Use tagging to open a side bar. Tags are used to personalise these messages to each estimate by description, address, name, number etc. Start typing your message and click on the relevant tag when you want to enter customer data such as work address. Once you are happy with your email click Close tagging and click Save
