Termination reasons

This setting was previously called: Abort reasons.

Purpose:
On this page, you can customize the list of reasons you may need when aborting a job. You may need to abort a job when specific conditions arrive, and expanding that list helps reduce admin time, and make clear concise descriptions as to why your job has been aborted.

  1. Go to the profile button > settings > use search functionality or navigate via the left-handed 'Categories' area > Termination reasons.

  2. Enter a value in the ‘Reason’ field. Then hit ‘Save abort reason’.

    Editing Abort Reasons

    1. To edit, click on edit. From here you will be able to alter the entry and re-save.

    Deleting Abort Reasons

     

    1. To delete entries, click on delete. To delete in Commusoft you must type delete and tap confirm in the pop-up module. If you are unable to delete an entry, you will be given a reason why.
