This setting was previously called: Abort reasons.
Purpose: On this page, you can customize the list of reasons you may need when aborting a job. You may need to abort a job when specific conditions arrive, and expanding that list helps reduce admin time, and make clear concise descriptions as to why your job has been aborted.
- Go to the profile button > settings > use search functionality or navigate via the left-handed 'Categories' area > Termination reasons.
- Enter a value in the ‘Reason’ field. Then hit ‘Save abort reason’.
Editing Abort Reasons
- To edit, click on edit. From here you will be able to alter the entry and re-save.
Deleting Abort Reasons
- To delete entries, click on delete. To delete in Commusoft you must type delete and tap confirm in the pop-up module. If you are unable to delete an entry, you will be given a reason why.
- To edit, click on edit. From here you will be able to alter the entry and re-save.
