You can send automatic job emails to your engineers to tell them they have a new job booked. These can be edited and personalised to each job by entering tags, like the job date, customer name, location etc.

Purpose: This setting allows you to send an email to your engineer through the system. You may set this use tagging and set a default message that will allow you to notify them when they are scheduled on engineer events. This helps reduce admin time, insures specific workflow practices, and helps with your relationship with your engineer.
Tagging: The system uses tagging to help add information and helps reduce administrative work by creating easy to send out the documentation to your customers.
Throughout the system, there are modules that may be used to create communications. Most modules have tagging available, and you will see the option to add tags when you see this button.
Main content:

- Go to system settings > Engineer job sheet email.
- Enter your needed information in both the subject and paragraph body area. Once you are finished, hit ‘Save’.
- Go to system settings > Engineer job sheet email.
