Add a job description

You can customise the job descriptions in the drop down which appears when adding jobs for customers.  This is useful if you want to extend the default list of jobs i.e. if you start to offer different services such as boiler service.

  1. Click on the settings icon in the top right corner and click System settings

  2. In the list of jobs click Job descriptions

  3. You will see a form on the left hand side and a list of existing job descriptions on the right hand side.  You can add your new job description on the left and it will appear on the right when you click Add job description
