Recalls are jobs that are raised when you have to return to a property to rectify a mistake or problem with a previous job.
Please note -- this feature is only available as part of our go paperless office plan and above.
- In order to achieve this, first, go to your system settings. From the 'Jobs' section, click into 'Recalls'.
- You will see a page with a tick box, click the box if you want to turn on recall jobs, untick the box if you want to turn off recall jobs, click 'Save' in order to apply the change.
