Purpose: Technical references are important locations within a property, for example, the water main. You can create a list of different technical references, engineers can then update these when on-site, for example, the water main is outside the front door. Being able to add specific references for areas within a property, or on a property, is important for your engineers to be able to specify where they worked and where they are working. It also helps understand the property better when you are off-site.
- Go to Profile Icon > Settings > Customers > Technical references > View > Label the technical reference > Save
Locating technical references
- Technical references can be located by going into a work address customer > appliances > technical references will appear at the bottom > Edit > Add the location of the technical reference as needed.
