Technical references

Technical references are important for identifying key locations within a property, such as the water main. You can create a list of different technical references that engineers can update when on-site. For example, they might note that the water main is located outside the front door. This feature allows engineers to specify where they worked, helping them understand the property better when off-site.

Setting Up Technical References:

1. Go to Profile Icon > Settings > Customers > Technical References > View.
2. Label the technical reference.
3. Click Save.

Locating Technical References:

To find and update technical references:

1. Go to the work address of a customer.
2. Navigate to Appliances.
3. Scroll to the bottom where the technical references section appears.
4. Click Edit and add the location of the technical reference as needed.
