Purpose: Survey templates are pre-designed forms that facilitate the collection of feedback from customers, employees, or clients. They include customizable questions and formats, simplifying the process of creating surveys and collecting data for valuable insights into customer satisfaction, employee engagement, market research, and more.
Add opportunity survey templates
- Profile > Settings > Opportunities > Survey templates > View > 'Add opportunity survey templates' > Provide the ‘Description name' > Save.
Configure survey templates
- Click ‘Configure’ to create a survey question.
Signature for survey
choose one of the options below > Save.
- No, I do not want the customer to sign when the salesperson leaves the property.
- Yes, I want the customer to sign when the salesperson leaves the property.
Questions tab
- ‘Add new page’ > Page type and page name > Save.
- Create a survey question by drag and drop the necessary controls, field name and required details.
- Use 'Options,' 'Defaults,' or 'Dependencies' to input related information, and then save your changes.
After finishing all of these setups, you can proceed to create an opportunity for a customer and utilize the customized settings mentioned above.
