Service plan

Purpose: A service plan is a detailed document that outlines specific tasks and responsibilities associated with a particular service provided. Serving as a roadmap for work to be done, covering elements such as the scope of work, materials and equipment to be used, resolution timeline, cost and payment terms, warranties or guarantees, and any special terms or conditions. 

Please note:

  • Work addresses and Invoice addresses linked to the customer are shown under properties
  • Active service plans are displayed in the side panel on the customer dashboard

View service plans

Navigate to property dashboard > Quick links > Service plan


Add new service plan > Select service plan from drop down >  Set expiry date > Tick property(s) > Save


Actions > Edit > Change expiry date if required > Tick/untick properties as required > Save


Actions > Delete > Type ‘Delete’ > Delete
