Outstanding jobs

You can find your Outstanding jobs in your reporting function. To do this simply navigate to the top and click on Reporting. On the left of your screen you will then see an icon with 3 lines, if you click on this a side panel will open up. There will be a list of categories that can be used to manufacture reports for you.

To get a full list of outstanding jobs we recommend you use the job reports.

Reporting > Click on the 3 lines on the left > Jobs > Jobs > More filters > Set Status as 'Open Jobs' > Filter This will give you a list of all jobs that have not been invoiced, free of charged, aborted or marked as completed.

Reporting > Click on the 3 lines on the left > Jobs > Jobs > More filters > Set Status as 'Open Jobs' > Set Diary as 'Jobs without diary events' > Filter
This will give you a list of all jobs that have not been invoiced, free of charged, aborted or marked as completed which have no diary events against them.

Reporting > Click on the 3 lines on the left > Jobs > Jobs > More filters > Set Status as 'Open Jobs' > Set Diary as 'Jobs without future diary events ' > Filter
This will give you a list of all jobs that have not been invoiced, free of charged, aborted or marked as completed and have not got a diary event booked for the future. These jobs might never have had a diary event booked for them, or they might have had a diary event booked in the past but not in the future.

Reporting > Click on the 3 lines on the left > Jobs > Jobs > More filters > Set Status as 'Open Jobs' > Set Diary as 'Jobs that need rebooking' > Filter
All jobs that have not been invoiced, free of charged, aborted or marked as completed and the last diary event against them have been marked as rejected, no access aborted.

All these reports with the related filters applied can be saved as a custom report by clicking on the quick links option in the top right hand corner and then clicking save.

You can also click on the calendar icon at the top of the table to filter your report by a selected date.
