Default PDF font size

Purpose: There might be a variety of reasons as to why you would want to change your font size. You may want to make it so that your text is large and legible to a variety of people with eye strain etc. You may want to reduce it to maximize the amount of information available on your sheets. Regardless, this setting will help you do that. This setting allows for changing of size within PDFs, font size applies to text contained in documents and items such as job reports, certificates, invoices, credit notes, statements, letters, etc.

  1. Go to profile button > settings > use search functionality or navigate via the left-handed 'Categories' area > Default PDF font size.

  2. Select the appropriate size, your options are 9, 10, 11, and 12 point font. Then hit save.
