Estimate terms and conditions

Purpose: This module allows you to add terms and conditions to your estimate. This may include liability info, warranties, whatever terms and conditions you deem necessary for your company, you may enter here.  These terms and conditions are attached to all estimates created within Commusoft. They will appear on the PDF and portal versions.

Text Formatting: This module allows you to format your text, including sizing of fonts, types of fonts, indentations, alignments, bullets, and numbering. You may use tagging within the subject line and the body of the setting you decide to work in.

Advanced Options: Within the advanced options tab, you’re able to add other terms and conditions with a new name. It is the same module you originally used in the setting menu. Once you are done, hit ‘Save T&C’.

  1. Go to the profile button > settings > use search functionality or navigate via the left-handed 'Categories' area > Estimate terms and conditions.

  2. You may add terms and conditions to your estimate here. You may use text formatting throughout. Once you have entered your terms, hit ‘Save’.
