If you want to send a customer a statement of their unpaid invoices you can do this through Commusoft.
- Search for the customer.
- Click 'View' on the customer.
- Then click 'Quick links'.
- Then click 'Send statement' and wait for the PDF to generate.
- You can select whether to group the statement by the job contact.
- Click 'Email' or 'Print' at the bottom of the page to send the statement in the required method.
If you'd like to send the invoices with the statement, go to your system setting and click into the 'Statement preferences' section:
