Certificate Default Lists

Purpose: Some certificates may need more information available to a dropdown. This area lets you add that drop down in the certificate lists. 

  1. Go to the profile button > settings > use search functionality or navigate via the left-handed 'Categories' area > Certificate default lists.

  2. Within this setting there are various options and subcategories for certificates you can add dropdowns to.

  3. The categories of certificate default lists are as follows:
    PAT Certificate, Domestic Electrical Installation, Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Report, Minor Electrical Works, Plant Commissioning Service Record, Domestic Fire Alarm, Catering Appliance Gas Safety Certificate, Commercial Gas Testing and Purging Form, Oil Landlord Installation Check, Central Heating Commissioning/Inspection Record, Fire Alarm Commissioning Certificate, Mobile Catering Vehicle/Trailer Check, Leisure Industry Gas Safety Record, Gas Warning Notice (RIDDOR), Fire Alarm System Inspection and Servicing Report, Mains Pressure Hot Water Cylinder Commissioning Checklist, Electrical Installation Condition Report - Cube Gas

  4. To add an option to a dropdown, select a certificate to add a dropdown to. There are subsections within those categories you can add options to as well. Type your option, then hit ‘Save’.
