This setting was previously called: Default statement message.
Purpose: This setting allows you to set a statement that defaults when sending a statement through Commusoft. This is important in that it helps maintain proper contact, get concise information to your customers, and is customizable via tagging.
- Go to profile button > settings > use search functionality or navigate via the left-handed 'Categories' area > Statement email template.
- Enter your message, you can use tagging throughout. Hit save when you are done.
