Purpose: Some customers may have a system in place for the measurement of their purchase order numbers. This setting allows you to set it to whatever you are already using, or start new. If you start new, you will know which specific purchase order numbers are Commusoft if you use a different system outside of it.
You have the option to select 1, 1000, or a custom number.
Please note:
- Once you set this number, it will be going forward and will not retroactively change any numbers. This will only be going forward.
- Go to profile button > settings > use search functionality or navigate via the left-handed 'Categories' area > Purchase order number.
- Select 1, 1000, or custom. Hit save.
- If using custom, you may only use numbers, and cannot add any suffix or prefixes to this setting.
