This setting was previously called: Scheduling Options.
Purpose: Scheduling options are needed to help in scheduling within the system, by means of manual or automatic usage, it can help with the distance between scheduled jobs/events, and help with overtime slotting.
Please note:
- The maximum distance calculation will take into account the distance from the previous event to the suggested event, then from the suggested event to the next scheduled event.
- Go to the profile button > settings > use search functionality or navigate via the left-handed 'Categories' area > Route optimisation settings.
- You may enable overtime slots to be suggested when booking portals are used, or in suggested appointments. Using the checkbox and save will enable this.
- You may allow for consideration of distance, for either portals, or the web and portals. You can set your maximum distance (in miles) here as well. Be sure to save any changes you make here to take effect.
