Supplier parts reminder email message

Purpose: Supplier parts reminder email message allows you to send an email to your suppliers the day before parts are due. This helps keep your inventory and stock managed as well as in constant communication with your suppliers.

Please note:

  • The supplier parts reminder email message will send the list of all parts on the PO even if it has been part delivered.
  • If you do not see the 'Supplier parts reminder email message' area in "Settings > Suppliers", and you believe 'Stock' has been enabled, please reach out to support.

1. Profile icon > Settings > Suppliers > Supplier parts reminder email message. From there, you can select the time of day you want the email to go out.

2. You can use tagging throughout to add fields and customize your email to your suppliers as need be. Once you have filled out your email, hit 'Save'.
