Purpose: When creating a job in the diary, or, when adding/creating an estimate in the system you are only able to book a single engineer at a time into the diary or estimate event. Some estimates and jobs will require multiple events if they require multiple engineers onsite. If you need to have multiple engineers on a job you do not need to create separate jobs/estimates.
- Go into the job or estimate you wish to add multiple engineers to. Go to the diary events section.
- Click on “add new diary event”. Click and drag in the timeslot you want in order to add the event.
You can add this for the same date and time if your engineers are attending the job together, or in different days/times depending on what you need.
