Whenever a Commusoft invoice is raised we will email it to you, but did you know you can access your invoices from within your Commusoft account? Users with Financial office staff role level and above can access the billing section.

There are a variety of columns here:
- Type: Indicates the type of bill sent.
- Date: The date the bill was sent.
- Reference: The reference number in Commusoft related to the invoice.
- Total: The total amount on the invoice.
- Balance: The remaining balance left to be paid on the invoice.
- Status: Indicates whether the invoice is paid or unpaid.
- Print: An icon or link to print the invoice or download a PDF
Multiple invoices in a month?
Are you finding a number of invoices raised for SMS or postcode lookup credits each month?
When using either the SMS or Postcode lookup, you might need to find these invoices at the end of the month. Whenever a new bundle of credits is added to your account for either of these modules, an invoice is raised, but payment isn’t taken right away. Instead, these invoice totals are added to your monthly Direct Debit for ease.
We have a number of SMS and Postcode lookup credit bundles available to choose from, with discounted rates applied to larger bundles. If you are interested in learning more, our Client services team can help!
