When you're setting up a job, the system can come up with 'Suggested appointments'. These are based around your various engineers' home or start locations. Commusoft will take these into account, as well as the engineers' shift patterns and skills. Combining this information, Commusoft is able to suggest a time and engineer whose availability, location and skill set match the job you have created.
When creating a job, when you are ready to create an event for the diary, the option for 'Suggested appointments' will be among the tabs at the top of the map.
In order to take full advantage of intelligent scheduling and suggested appointments, you should ensure that your engineers' profiles are fully set up with the necessary information, including their address, the shifts that they may work and also any skills that they have.
