Purpose: Attaching files to Jobs, Estimates or Suppliers facilitates easy management of important documents. For example, you can attach images of a property for the engineers to easily access when they are on the way to a job or currently at a job.
Please note:
- Maximum file size cannot exceed 32MB
- File name cannot exceed 75 characters
- Deleting files is irreversible and these files cannot be recovered
Attaching files to Jobs
- Attached Files > Add new file > Click to upload a file

Deleting, Viewing or Downloading Your Attached Files on Jobs/Estimates/Suppliers
- Attached Files
◦ Deleting - Plus button > Delete > Type “delete”
◦ Viewing - Plus Button > View
◦ Downloading - Plus button > Download
