Xero has an API limit of 5000 records in a single day. While sending records to Xero, if you have a number greater than the limit when the system reaches 5000 records for the day, Commusoft will automatically pause the process so no more records will be sent, this prevents Xero from encountering any error messages. After this, Commusoft will reactivate in 24 hours and records will continue to be imported into Xero. This will repeat as many times as necessary until all records have been processed.
You will get a notification letting you know when the limit has been reached and the process, subsequently, paused.
